The integrated head tube makes the front end look so much cleaner than my older daughter's last bike, and the suspension fork really helps on our gravel path. Shifting is smooth with the Shimano gears, even for a beginner like my 9-year-old. She hasn't stopped smiling since we got it.

My daughter took it out for her first ride and the suspension fork soaked up the gravel path bumps without a wobble. The integrated head tube makes the steering feel surprisingly smooth for a 24-inch bike. She's already asking to ride again tomorrow, which says everything.

The alloy frame feels sturdy and the suspension fork helps on bumpy paths, but the Shimano gears took some getting used to for smooth shifting. It’s fine for my daughter’s rides around the neighborhood, though I expected a bit more from the overall performance.
