Set them up tubeless with sealant and the grip on loose-over-hard singletrack is exactly what I needed, yet they roll surprisingly smooth when I hit the pavement back home. The casing feels tough without being stiff, which makes a big difference on longer mixed rides.

First ride on mixed pavement and hardpack trails and the tubeless setup was incredibly easy. The tread pattern feels solid on loose corners, yet they roll smoothly when I hit the road sections.

Just fitted a pair of these and the grip is noticeably better than my old tyres on loose gravel descents. The tread pattern seems to roll pretty smooth on pavement too, which is exactly what I needed for mixed routes.
