About ISM PN 3.1 Saddle
ISM Saddles have been the most used saddle in Ironman since 2013, and the popularity is due to the best comfort when on long rides and races while still maintaning the most areodynamic & efficient position.

Utilising ISM's Performance Narrow 3 shape/chassis. The PN3.1 uses the same chassis as the PN3.0, but with added padding for those seeking a softer ride. With a slightly wider 120mm rear and shorter length, the PN 3.1 offers more support under the sit bones and is so comfortable, it will “disappear” underneath you.

Similar to ISM's other PN saddles, the PN 3.1 offers superb thigh and hamstring clearance and utilises the latest ATMOS molding manufacturing process to reduce weight. Like all ISM saddles, the PN 3.0 is nose-less and designed to remove pressure from the soft tissue/perineum, ensuring maximum blood flow, no genital numbness, and a healthier, more enjoyable ride.

About ISM

Since then, ISM has become renowned for producing some of the world’s most comfortable bike saddles, trusted by both professional athletes and everyday riders alike. Their innovative designs have supported Ironman victories, Olympic medals and podium finishes across the globe, helping cyclists ride further and perform at their best in greater comfort.

Ella ★★★★★

After my last Ironman, my perineum was wrecked, but this saddle's cutout completely eliminates that pressure. The nose-less design lets me stay aero without any numbness creeping in, even on 100-mile training rides. Finally, a saddle that matches my long-distance demands without sacrificing comfort.

Natalie C. ★★★★★

Was a bit skeptical about the nose-less design, but it really lets me shift forward on the saddle without pressure issues. Makes long rides feel much less fatiguing on the soft tissue.

Elizabeth A. ★★★★★

After my last long ride, my sit bones felt fine for the first time in years. The split nose design really takes the pressure off, and it’s comfortable even when I’m down in the aero position for hours. This is the one saddle that just works for me.
