Scott Contrail 400 2026

Our daughter outgrew her old bike, but this one’s lightweight frame makes it easy for her to carry up the porch steps herself. The gears shift smoothly on the hills near our house, and she’s already taken it on several long rides without complaining once.

My son says the 24-inch wheels are much easier for him to handle than his old bike, and he can keep up with us on longer rides now. The frame feels solid but light enough for him to lift onto the rack himself.

The 24-inch wheels feel just right for my kid, not too big to handle but sturdy on gravel paths. The frame is noticeably light, which helps when carrying it up the porch steps. Only wish the grips were a bit thicker for small hands.
